Can you imagine doing yoga in a pair of pants that aren’t flexible? Me neither! That is why your pants are so important when it comes to yoga.
You will need to make sure that pants you choose compliment your body well. You shouldn’t wear pants that show off areas of your body that should remain private. And at the same time you will need them to be tight enough to not fall off your body in certain positions.
